About Arlington Academy of Hope Uganda

Arlington Academy of Hope Uganda (AAH) and its sister organization in the USA called REACH for Uganda, were founded in 2004 by John and Joyce  Wanda, immigrants from Uganda who had settled in the USA in 1996.

AAH is a non-governmental organization that serves the children and people of Uganda, especially in the rural districts of Bududa, Manafwa and Namisindwa.  To achieve its mission and goals we built a model primary school in Bududa called Arlington Junior School (AJS) which educates 550 students and later Matuwa Junior School in Namisindwa with 370 students.
